Happy 2024!
Happy 2024! Greyson was invited to an awesome countdown to noon party on New Year's Eve. It was good time by all (both the kids and adults)!
Highlights of the Party:
The brilliant hosts were well organized and thought of everything.
The food was great - Sorry, I forgot to take a picture. It had something for everyone. I enjoyed a gourmet hot dog and a mimosa. My husband made himself a perfect gourmet deli sandwich. There was an array of beautiful desserts. Greyson was in chocolate heaven.
Before the brilliantly engineered balloon drop the t.v. screen had the countdown going, sparkling drinks were passed out along with noisemakers. So much fun and so cute to watch the kids celebrating the almost New Year!
Greyson loved getting ready for the party. I dressed her how I would dress if I was going to a NYE party. I got her 2 layered shimmery top from Old Navy. They didn't have a size extra small, so I settled with the size small, and it was a little too big for her. I paired the layered blouse with velvet pants from Old Navy. Not shown was her very cool shimmery leopard print half boots which I got from Nordstrom Rack. (Don't worry I will share them in a future post.) Necklace set is from Nordstrom Rack as well. Her Nonnie bought her the fabulous shades.
Additionally, Greyson loves make up. Since her older sis is home for winter break, she did her make up. We always tease that Greyson has a glam squad. Her dad did her nails and I did her hair. Greyson doesn't like earrings, so we don't ever try putting some her. I recently discovered sticker earrings that I probably buy her. Definitely will share if we do get some.
